Welcome to A.R.T. By accessing our website, placing an order, requesting a quote, approving artwork, submitting files, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

A.R.T provides graphic design, custom apparel, promotional materials, branding support, printed products, creative services, and related business solutions. All services, products, quotes, timelines, and availability are subject to approval, production capacity, vendor availability, and project requirements.

Orders and Quotes

Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time of request. Pricing may change if project details, quantities, materials, sizing, artwork needs, shipping, rush requirements, or vendor costs change.

An order is not confirmed until payment, deposit, approval, or written confirmation is received as required by A.R.T.

Payments

Payment terms may vary by project. Some orders may require full payment before production. Others may require a deposit before work begins. Any remaining balance must be paid before delivery, pickup, shipping, final file release, or order completion unless otherwise approved by A.R.T.

Credit card processing fees, rush fees, shipping fees, setup fees, artwork fees, vendor fees, or additional service charges may apply.

Artwork, Proofs, and Approvals

Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs, mockups, spelling, colors, sizing, placement, quantities, and project details before approval.

Once a proof, quote, invoice, or order is approved, A.R.T may begin production, ordering, printing, or fulfillment. After approval, changes may not be possible and may require additional fees.

A.R.T is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof, artwork file, order detail, or client-submitted file.

Revisions

Design orders include up to 3 revisions unless otherwise stated. Additional revisions, major design changes, new concepts, file corrections, or changes requested after approval may require additional fees.

Custom Products

Custom apparel, printed products, promotional materials, signs, decals, packaging, digital files, and personalized items are made specifically for each client. These items are generally not eligible for return, cancellation, or refund once design, ordering, production, printing, or fulfillment has started.

Client-Submitted Content

By submitting logos, images, artwork, names, text, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.

A.R.T may refuse or cancel projects that include offensive, illegal, misleading, harmful, infringing, or inappropriate content.

Project Timelines

Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on approval delays, payment delays, vendor availability, shipping delays, production schedules, file issues, or changes requested by the client.

A.R.T is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, unpaid balances, shipping carriers, vendors, weather, or events outside our control.

A.R.T Credits and Rewards

A.R.T Credits, rewards, discounts, giveaways, referral incentives, and promotional offers are provided at the discretion of A.R.T. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be used toward eligible A.R.T products or services.

A.R.T may modify, deny, suspend, revoke, or cancel any reward, credit, promotion, discount, or offer due to suspected abuse, duplicate accounts, unpaid balances, chargebacks, refunds, administrative errors, or policy violations.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, A.R.T retains ownership of working files, drafts, design concepts, templates, production files, and internal creative processes. Final usage rights may be granted to the client after full payment is received.

A.R.T may display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, social media, websites, or promotional content unless the client requests confidentiality in writing and A.R.T agrees.

Limitation of Liability

A.R.T is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed events, business interruptions, or third-party costs. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service involved.

Account and Portal Use

Clients may receive access to an A.R.T portal, dashboard, or account area. Clients are responsible for keeping login information secure and for reviewing project details, invoices, approvals, rewards, and communication inside the portal.

Changes to These Terms

A.R.T may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website, portal, products, or services means you accept the updated terms.
